The collection crews carry out their work between 6.30am and 6pm. They try to cause the lease disturbance and nuisance but due to the nature of the collections some noise is inevitable.

How do I report that the lid on my recycling bin does not close properly?

During the storage and transportation of the recycling bins the lids are left open, therefore, they can become a little out of shape. Please leave the lid closed and it will settle back into a closed position within about a week.
